The idea of this design comes to the designer during an extremely snowy winter, that is why this carpet looks like a top view of the part of a striped, woollen scarf with a fringe. The designer believes, it looks not only like a very warm piece of cloth, but also conveys a hint of humour.

Na pomysł projektu tego dywanu wpadłam podczas długiej, śnieżnej zimy - to dlatego przypomina on widziany z góry fragment wełnianego, pasiastego szalika z frędzlami. Sądzę, że SZALIK wywołuje nie tylko wrażenie przytulności, ale też uśmiech na twarzy odbiorcy w każdym wieku.

Over Agata Winer

Agata Winer was born on December 1980 in Łódź (Poland). She has degrees in Polish literature studies, theatre and culture studies. Since 2006 she has been a PHD student in the department of Theory of Literature. Home architecture and interior design is her great lifetime passion. At the moment she is starting her own interior design studio.

Urodziłam się w 1980 roku w Łodzi. Z wykształcenia jestem teatrologiem, kulturoznawcą i polonistką. Od 2006 roku pracuję nad doktoratem w katedrze Teorii Literatury. Projektowanie wnętrz i domów to moja wielka życiowa pasja, którą zdecydowałam się zająć zawodowo - w tym roku otworzyłam własne studio projektowe.
